Nurtured Nature

I am the ocean
and you can only see
the surface to the
horizon
you cannot see my
depths
and that is
where you will drown.
I am not a temple
I worship myself
I will not be ruined
or knocked down
and forgotten
through conquest
I am a forrest
that will regrow
twiceover
when cut
with layers of canopy
shrubs
and undergrowth
no one has to
worship me
I will support myself
